Built and put into operation in 1996, it is 87 meters long, 16.4 meter wide with a draft of 2.6 meters. Installed with engines of 2690 H.P., it will be able to sail from Chongqing to Yichang all the year around at a maximum speed of 28 km per hour in still water. There is 1 presidential suite, 6 spacious deluxe suites, 8 standard single cabins and 54 standard double-bed cabins. Total capacity is 136 passengers.
