Day 1 Arrival in Chongqing

Arrive in Chongqing. Be met by your Easy Tour China local guide and driver, then transfer to your hotel. If time permits, experience the local cable car over the Yangtze River for the panoramic view of the high skyscrapers located along the Yangtze River.

Free time in the evening. You can experience Chongqing's nightscape on your own—one of the city's most captivating charms. Strolling along Nanbin Road (known as “Chongqing's Bund”) to admire the dazzling lights across the river on Yuzhong Peninsula and Jiangbeizui, admiring the terraced stilt houses nestled into the hillside at Hongya cave, or enjoying Chongqing's nightlife and culinary delights at Jiefangbei Pedestrian Street -- all excellent choices for exploring the city after dark.

Day 2 Visit Dazu Stone Carving, Ciqikou Ancient Town, China Three Gorges Museum

Full day Chongqing trip to the cultural highlights: Dazu Stone carving (about 2-hour from the city center), Ciqikou Ancient Town. and China Three Gorges Museum. After dinner be transferred your hotel or to board the Yangtze Cruise Ship (Feel free to let us know if you need book Yangtze River Cruise).

-Dazu Stone Carving: representative of an ancient Chinese art tradition; unparalleled works of art in the world; included by UNESCO as a World Heritage site in 1999.

-Ciqikou Ancient Town: an old town preserved in sprawling modern Chongqing; about one-hour drive from the city center; Making Chongqing a famous historical and cultural city with a history of more than 1,800 years.

-China Three Gorges Museum: situated opposite the Chongqing People's Hall; not only a specified museum of Three Gorges, but also a comprehensive museum of history and art.
