Day 1 Arrival Shanghai
Day 2 Visit Shanghai Museum, Yu Garden, Jade Buddha Temple
Visit 3 highlights today: first, visit Shanghai Museum, a large museum of ancient Chinese art which is divided into eleven galleries and three exhibition halls with a collection of over 120,000 pieces. Secondly, pay a visit to Yu Garden to appreciate its brilliant historical garden art and have a leisurely stroll in it. At last, go to the Jade Buddha Temple, which is the most popular Buddhist temple in Shanghai boasting 2 precious jade Buddha sculptures from Burma.

Day 3 Visit Oriental Pearl TV Tower, the Bund and Nanjing Road
In the morning, visit Oriental Pearl TV Tower and wander around the old quarters of Shanghai to get close to Shanghai people's life and appreciate the architecture style there. Then proceed to the Bund and Nanjing Road – as it is known to all, the Bund is the waterfront to see new-erect modern skyscrapers and aged buildings of the colonial period.

Day 4 Visit Terra Cotta Warriors and Horses Museum
Enjoy the free time until your guide escort you to airport for you flight to Xi’an. Upon arrival, transfer to visit Terra Cotta Warriors and Horses Museum. It is known as the eighth wonder of the world and a museum to display terra-cotta warriors and horses in Qin Dynasty (221-207B.C.).

Day 5 Visit Shaanxi History Museum, the Ancient City Wall, Wild Goose Pagoda
After breakfast, go to the Shaanxi History Museum, which boats a large collection of unearthed cultural relics of China. Then visit the Ancient City Wall, the best-kept and biggest city walls in China – 13,912 meters in circumference, 12 meters in height, and the foundation is 18 meters in width and the top of the wall is 15 meters wide. Later, go to the Wild Goose Pagoda - the city emblem, which was first built in Tang Dynasty (618-907) for the storage of Buddhist scriptures taken from India by Monk Xuanzang.

Day 6 Visit Jinsha Cultural Relics Museum
Fly to Chengdu, transfer to visit Jinsha Cultural Relics Museum, which was claimed as the first important archaeological find in China at the beginning of 21 century. Then wander around Jinli Old Street to have fun.

Day 7 Visit Panda Breeding Center
Half-day tour to Panda Breeding Center to see the lovely China's ambassadors. Transfer to airport for your flight to Lijiang.

Day 8 Visit Lijiang Ancient Town, Black Dragon Pool Park
Spend the whole morning exploring the famous Lijiang Ancient Town, originally called Dayan, it is a very well preserved old town built by Naxi people with unique cultural background. It was listed as the World Cultural Heritage Sites in 1997. Then go to Black Dragon Pool Park, to enjoy the stunning view of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain from it. After lunch, enjoy half day cycling tour to Shuhe Village.

Day 9 Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, Baisha Mural
Drive to Jade Dragon Snow Mountain to take a cable car to Yak Meadow. It is the holy mountain of local Naxi people and the soul of Lijiang. Then visit Baisha Mural and free time at leisure. It was painted in Baisha Town in Ming Dynasty (1368-1644), an interesting co-existence of Buddhism, Taoism and Lamaism in the artworks.

Day 10 Visit Dragon Gate & West Hills
Fly to Kunming, and have a city tour to Dragon Gate & West Hills.

Day 11 Fly to Beijing

Day 12 Visit Tiananmen Square, Forbidden City, the Summer Palace
Take a private escorted tour to go to the Tiananmen Square, located at the heart of Beijing, is the world's largest city center square. Secondly, go to the Forbidden City, officially as the Imperial Palace Museum, was constructed between 1406 and 1420 by the Ming emperor Zhu Di and witnessed the enthronement of 14 Ming and 10 Qing emperors over the following 505 years.The Summer Palace comes the last one on the plan. Its 70,000 square meters of building space features a variety of palaces, gardens and other ancient-style architectural structures.

Day 13 Visit Great Wall, Ming Tomb, the Sacred Road
Private escorted tour to the Great Wall, the greatest of the eight ancient architectural wonders in the history of human civilization. Then go to Ming Tomb, about 50 kilometers from the northwest of Beijing, is the best preserved Chinese imperial tombs and have been nominated by UNESCO as world cultural heritage. The Sacred Road, namely "the way leading to Heaven", is affiliated with Ming Tomb. At night, a famous and delicious Peking Duck Banquet is offered.

Day 14 Fly to Ulaanbaatar
Enjoy your free morning until your guide escort you to the airport for your flight to Ulaanbaatar. Upon arrival, transfer to hotel. The capital of Mongolia was founded in 1639. Located in altitude of 1350 meters above sea level, Ulaanbaatar is the center of political, economic and cultural life of the country. The capital Ulaan Baatar has 700 000 inhabitants, 75% of them being under 35 years old.

Day 15 Visit Gandantegchilen Monastery, Mongolian Last King's Palace Museum, etc.
In the morning start City Sightseeing tour: Gandantegchilen Monastery, Mongolian Last King's Palace Museum, Zaisan Hill Memorial, Buddha's Statue.

Day 16 Visit Erdene-Zuu Monastery
Travel overland (350 km/210 miles) to the ancient capital Kharkhorum. The ruins of ancient capital of the Mongolian great empire Kharakhorum is at the crossroads of the Silk Road. Visit the Erdene-Zuu Monastery, the first Buddhist lamasery centre dating back to the 16th century with its 108 stupas. Overnight in a Ger (Tent) Camp.

Day 17 Visit Hushuu Tsaidam
After breakfast we drive to Ugii Lake. On the way you will see Hushuu Tsaidam, Turkish inscribed monument of the Turkish state. When you visit the lake you have some opportunity to take a boat tour and do some birding and fishing.

Day 18 Visit Hustai National Park
Drive back toward Ulaan Baatar and break your journey in Hustai National Park. The reserve is surrounded by mountains, thick pine forests and lush meadows which are home to the Przewalski endangered wild horse "Takhi" and other wildlife. Watch a documentary and visit the small museum. Overnight in a Ger Camp.

Day 19 Hustai National Park to Ulaanbaatar
Travel back to the capital. Visit the National History Museum. This evening enjoy a performance of song and dance given by a local cultural group. Overnight in Ulaan Baatar.
