Day 1 Arrival in Beijing

Upon arrival, be met at the airport and transferred to a hostel at downtown.

Day 2 Bus tour to the Forbidden City and Temple of Heaven

Join-in bus tour to the Fobidden City and the Temple of Heaven.

Day 3 Bus tour to Jinshanling Great Wall

Join-in bus tour to Jinshanling Great Wall.

Day 4 Take train to Datong

Free morning for your own exploration. Local Hutongs and Lama Temple are highly recommended. Transfer to take high speed train to Datong. Upon arrival, be met and transfer to the local budget hotel.

Day 5 Visit Yungang Grottoes and Hanging Temple at Mt. Heng

Private day tour to the Yungang Grottoes and Hanging Temple at Mt. Heng.

Day 6 Head for Pingyao

Transfer to the train station and head for Pingyao by high speed train. Upon arrival, be met at the rail station and transfer to hotel, overnight at the guesthouse in Pingyao Ancient Town.

Day 7 Free day at Pingyao, then take train to Xian

Free time for your own exploration at Pingyao old town. Take afternoon train to Xian (about 3 hours).

Day 8 Visit Terra Cotta Warriors & Horses Museum, Small Wild Goose Pagoda

Join-in bus tour to Terra Cotta Warriors & Horses Museum, Small Wild Goose Pagoda.

Day 9 Free day in Xian

Free time for your own exploration at downtown. Bell Tower, Drum Towr, Muslim Quarters, Giant Wild Goose Pagoda, Datang Nightless City and Shanxi History Museum are highly recommended.

Day 10 Fly to Lhasa

Fly to Lhasa. Be met at the airport upon arrival and transfer to hotel.

Day 11 Visit Drak Yerpa, Sera Monastery

Join-in tour to visit Drak Yerpa, which consists of a monastery and a number of ancient meditation caves that used to house about 300 monks. Later go to Sera Monastery, which is famous for lama debating.

Day 12 Visit Potala Palace, Jokhang Temple, Barkhor Street

Join in tour to the Potala Palace, The Jokhang Temple, Barkhor Street.

Day 13 Fly to Shangrila

Transfer to fly to Shangrila, be met and transferred to Dukezong Old Town overnight.

Day 14 Visit Napahai Lake and Songzanlin Lamasery

After a visit to Napahai Lake and Songzanlin Lamasery. Transfer to take an express bus to Lijiang.

Day 15 Free day in Lijiang

Free time at leisure.

Day 16 Take afternoon train to Dali

Free time at leisure in the morning. transfer to take an afternoon train to Dali. Be met and transferred to hotel in Dali Ancient Town.

Day 17 Free day in Dali

Free day in Dali to walk around the Ancient Town. A bike tour to Erhai Lake is recommended.

Day 18 Head for Chengdu

Transfer to the train station and head for Chengdu by high speed train (around 8.5hrs). Upon arrival, be met and transfer to hotel.

Day 19 Visit Chengdu Panda Breeding Research Center, Leshan Giant Buddha

Join-in bus tour to Chengdu Panda Breeding Research Center, and Leshan Giant Buddha.

Day 20 Free day in Chengdu

Free day in Chengdu to experience local lifestyle and try local foods and snacks. Renmin Park, Kuanzhai Alleys, Jingli Old Street are recommended.

Day 21 Take an afternoon train to Chongqing, then board the Yangtze Cruise ship

Free time at leisure, and take an afternoon train to Chongqing (2 hrs). Be met and transferred to have dinner, then board the Yangtze Cruise ship.

Day 22 Yangtze Cruise, shore excursion to Fengdu

On board, shore excursion to Fengdu.

Day 24 Visit Three Gorges Dam Project, then fly to Shanghai

Shore excursion to the Three Gorges Dam Project, disembark at Yichang. Be met at the pier and transfer to fly to Shanghai.

Day 25 Visit Yu Garden, the Bund, Xintiandi old quarters, People’s Square, etc.

Day 26 Free day in Shanghai

Free time at leisure.

Day 27 Fly to Guilin, visit Reed Flute Cave

Transfer to fly to Guilin. Visit Reed Flute Cave and East-West Alleys in the afternoon.

Day 28 Join-in bus tour to take Li River Cruise to Yangshuo

Picked up from hotel in the morning and transfer to pier for Li River Cruise to Yangshuo. Arrive in Yangshuo at early afternoon, take taxi to your hotel under the guide's help.

Day 29 Free day in Yangshuo

Free day in Yangshuo to explore the beautiful countryside.

Day 30 Train to Shenzhen

Free time in the morning, transfer to Guilin and take the overnight train to Shenzhen (12.5hrs).

Day 31 Arrival in Shenzhen, then check into the hostel in Hong Kong

Arrival in Shenzhen in the morning, your own arrangement to cross the Luohu Pass to Hong Kong next door to the Shenzhen Railway Station. Go to check into the hostel in Hong Kong booked by Easy Tour China.

Day 32 Free day in Hong Kong

Free time for your own exploration.

Day 33 Hong Kong departure

Transfer to the airport on your own arrangements and fly to your next destination.
