Shenzhen Zhaoxing Tour

Upon arrival, you will be met by your local guide at the arrival hall of the airport or train station. Then transfer to check in your hotel in downtown by private vehicle. This afternoon, you guide will accompany you to visit the Splendid China Folk Village, where you could have a glimpse of vast China and experience the colorful culture of ethnic minorities of China.

After breakfast at your hotel, take High Speed Train to Guilin in the Late Morning. Upon arrival at Guilin North Rail Station, you will be warmly welcomed by your local guide. Before moving to Yangshuo, we will go and see Reed Flute Cave which is praised as “Natural Art Gallery”. Inside this water-eroded cave is a spectacular world of various stalactites, stone pillars and rock formations created by carbonate deposition and illuminated by colored lighting.   Suggestions for Your Leisure Time  

• You can take a leisure walking around the city central lakes, where you will see sign of Guilin Sun and Moon Towers. With the beautiful lightening effect in the evening, it will be the best photo place after dinner.
• There are 2 popular pedestrian streets in Guilin. ZhengYang Pedestrian Street is a great place to unwind at the end of the day, having a meal, then mingling with the locals to strolling around. The East-West Alley which has witnessed the rise and fall of Guilin for nearly 1,400 years since the year of Wude in the Tang Dynasty is where you can go shopping and enjoy local eats.

Take high speed train to Congjiang, be met and transfer to explore Basha Miao Village firstly. Hidden in the dense bamboo forest, Basha is known as “the last gunman tribe under the sun”. The old customs such as wearing musket, having haircut with sickle and worshiping ancient trees are still kept. In Basha, you’ll see strong Miao men with a bun, which is said to be handed down from the ancient age. Basha Miao people worship trees as gods, and never cut trees unless it is really necessary. Arrive at Zhaoxing Dong Village later today.

With a history of over 850 years, Zhaoxing is considered the most important Dong Village in China. In Zhangxing, there are 5 Drum Towers, each for one village. Enjoy yourself a nice walk through the village to admire the magnificent Dong drum tower complex and the traditional village layout. Right here you can also have a chance to enjoy the Dong Music and their folk songs. Later today, transfer to Tang'an Dong Village, with an excellent natural ecological environment, where you can discover traditional Dong dwellings, flower bridge, old water well, ancient tombs, terraced fields, etc. Overnight in Zhaoxing.
