Day 1 Arrival in Guangzhou, Visit Xiguang Old Houses
Day 2 Visit Chen Family Temple, Southern Yue King Mausoleum, Shamian Island, Guangzhou to Beijing Tour by Flight
After breakfast, you will be picked up from hotel for a half day city sightseeing.The first stop is Chen Family Temple. It was established during the Qing dynasty in 1894 with funding from members of 72 Chen clans. The most distinguishable feature of it is the 11 carved ridges set on the nine halls. Each ridge portrays a theme taken from famous traditional dramas. Today it houses the Guangdong Folk Art Museum. Later, heading out to Southern Yue King Mausoleum Museum, which houses the tomb of the second ruler of Southern Yue Kingdom called Zhao Mo during Han Dynasty dating back to 100 B.C. One of the most important excavated objects is the silk-jade garment made up of 2,291 pieces of jade is the spotlight of the mausoleum.
At last, transfer to visit Shamian Island where you can take free walk before leaving Guangzhou. Shamian Island is the site of the former British and French Concessions of the 19 Century. Savor the unique cultural atmosphere when strolling leisurely around the colonial architectures. In the afternoon, take flight to Beijing. Arrive in Beijing, be met and transferred to your hotel.

Day 3 Visit Temple of Heaven, Tiananmen Square, Forbidden City
Enjoy a happy morning at Temple of Heavn, where the local Beijingers do the morning exercise, dancing and practicing Tai Chi. But actually it was where the ancient emperors used to pray for the God's bless of the whole nation. Admire this masterpiece of architecture and landscape design. Then head for the center of Beijing - the Tian'anmen Square, huge in size, where many important events in Chinese history happened here. Walk through the big, dark red gate to enter Fobidden City - the largest imperial palace in China for 24 emperors' reign during the Ming and Qing dynasties with a history of over 600 years, and now becomes a symbol of the country and is opened to the public with amazing displays of its preserved treasures.

Day 4 Mutianyu Great Wall and Culture-riched Hutong Tour
The Great Wall of China is a must-go when visit Beijing. We will show you a less busy part at Mutianyu. Drive 1.5hrs northeast from downtown, you will get to the foot of Mutianyu Great Wall. Take cable car to No. 14 Tower directly and then challenge steps on the Great Wall. It is suggested to walk to No. 23 Tower, the highlight section of the Wall. Spend around 2 hours on the wall and descend by cable car (there is a tobogan ride option, which is interesting for children & young people. Please advise if you want to experience) at No. 6 Tower. Transfer back to downtown in the afternoon and take a Hutong tour near Houhai Lake. It's the best the way to learn local Beijinger's lifestyle and traditional culture. Transfer back to hotel after the visit.
