Guilin Guangzhou Essence Tour

Drive to Longji (Dragon’s Back) to see the stunning rice terraces and colorful minority culture. The terraces look like great chains or ribbons as they wind from the foot to the top of the hill. This ingenious construction makes best use of the scarce arable land and water resources in the mountainous area. Then pay a visit to Pingan Zhuang village to see local people’s life and customs there, and watch Yao ladies to make their unique hairdo. Later, drive back to Guilin in the late afternoon. Free time at leisure.

Take a leisurely cruise down Li River to enjoy spectacular natural sceneries, disembark at Yangshuo. After checking into the hotel, it is followed by an excursion to the countryside to see the local farmer’s life and beautiful landscape by either bike or golf-car-like vehicle. Overnight at Yangshuo.

Transfer to have a optional Yulong River bamboo rafting tour (1.5 hour), and easy hike to the countryside near old town of Yangshuo. Free afternoon at leisure.

Drive back to Guilin in the afternoon, and visit the famous Reed Flute Cave, also called “Natural Arts Gallery”, and a stroll at the central lakes at downtown. Transfer to the airport and fly to Guangzhou. Be met and transferred to the hotel.

Pay a visit to Chen Family Temple-- the largest, and best preserved ancient architecture in Guangdong province. Then visit Yuexiu Park to see Five Rams Statue and take photo. Later, go to the Xiguan old houses, which is the traditional Cantonese style architecture and stroll at Qingping Market to the local people’s life.
