Day 1 Arrival in Zhangjiajie

Upon arrival at Zhangjiajie, famous for its unique mountains. Your Easy Tour China local tour guide will meet and welcome you at the arrival hall at the airport or the exit at the train station. Then you will be transferred directly to your hotel in Wulingyuan by our comfortable car. The rest of day is for your own exploration. Don't hesitate to ask for your guide or travel consultant the evening ideas in Zhangjiajie.

Day 2 Visit Huangshi Valley and Golden Whip Stream at Zhangjiajie National Park

Pick up from the hotel in the morning, you will start your exciting trip to Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, which was inscripted to the UNESCO World Natural Heritage list in 2004 for its peculiar quartz sandstone forest. Take a cable car up to Huangshi valley (Huangshi Village) to appreciate the wide forest park on it peaks.

Afternoon proceed to explore the Golden Whip Stream. This 7.5 kilometers long brook is one of the most beautiful places in whole forest park. It is well-known for its clear water and fresh air. The clear stream flows through the peak forest, with an extremely high content of negative oxygen ions, and is hailed as a "natural oxygen bar". You will have a leisure hiking about 2 hours along the stream, surrounded by grotesque rocks. If luckily, you will see some monkeys in the trees or along the way there.

Day 3 Visit Yuanjiajie and Tianzi Mountain at Zhangjiajie National Park, Zhangjiajie Departure

Today you will have another day tour to Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. Ascending the peculiar mountains in Yuanjianjie Scenic area by Bailong Elevator - a glass elevator built into the side of a huge cliff, and it is the fastest elevator in the world. Take about 2.5 hours to discover the amazing pillar scenery of the southern sky (also named Qiankun Pillar), which was used to inspiration for the famous “Avatar Hallelujah Mountain”.

Afterwards, take the sightseeing bus to visit the spectacular Tianzi Mountains Nature Reserve, including Helong Park, West Sea Scenic Area and some other sights. Here you can have an amazing panoramic view of Zhangjiajie's sandstone peak forests. Later, take cool Tianzi Mountain cable car down the mountain and to enjoy a leisure walk along the picturesque Ten-mile Natural Gallery, 5.8 kilometers. It takes about one hour for a one-way walk. You can also choose to take the small train in the forest.
