The service and the communication was impeccable. Lydia was the person with whom I did the entire planning. She was very helpful and professional. She gave me a lot of ideas and tips what we can do in Guilin and about the accommodation which was very helpful. Our email communication has been frequent and efficient. The travel agency provided us with a very friendly English speaking guide and a driver who took care of us and made sure that the whole program works without any difficulty and we can enjoy it.
