Today is the last day of our tour with your company. We just wanted to drop you a note to let you know how wonderful a job Sarina did for us.
She has been absolutely fantastic. The tour itinerary was great and any slight problem that arose was immediately and very effectively resolved by Sarina. Our flight today to Hong Kong was cancelled as a result of the typhoon and Sarina immediately booked us on a flight tomorrow and helped to arrange our hotel for tonight, We could not have been happier or more impressed with Sarina and the service provided.
We hope to return to China with your company some time in the future and will be recommending Easy Tour to all of our friends!
