Me and my husband spent exiting week (Otc 21-27) in China and I promised Fisher to write him more details about our trip (good things and also those which need to be improved) and I would do it as soon as I have more time.
Now I am writing to you to congratulate you on such good employee as Fisher Wang. I used to work in hospitality industry (sales and marketing department at five star hotel ) and I know how difficult sometimes it is to fulfill all customers needs and requirements, so I really appreciate Fisher's work.
I've corresponded with Fisher for many weeks asking new questions and changing itinerary every couple days. Fisher was extremely patient, answered to all my questions and doubts showing his expertise. He has made at least 6 or 7 price quotation for me. I compared your offer with couple other tour agencies and besides the fact that your prices were quite good, Fisher’s professionalism decided on choosing services of Easy Tour China. Generally I had the feeling that he was really taking good care of our trip.
So, I just wanted let you know about Fisher's great work. If we have chance to come to China again, we would definitely ask Fisher to organize it.
